TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Unlimited support is subject to a fair use policy.
- Included support covers only modules installed and enabled at the time of quoting.
- Security updates will be installed within 5 working days of becoming available.
- Updates for major versions of Drupal core (eg. v5 to v6, v6 to v7) and contributed modules available at applicable rate for other work.
- Response time is target only and not guaranteed.
- Maintenance times exclude public holidays and office closures as advised from time to time.
- Package costs are calculated on various factors used to measure the size of the installation and the effort involved in supporting it. If these factors cause package cost to rise by more than 20% during a support contract, the customer is liable for the cost increase, calculated pro-rata over the remainder of the contract.
